from the latest 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K eventsIntelligent Protection Management Corp. is a managed IT security and secure private cloud hosting provider that pivoted from consumer video apps to enterprise IT services after a January 2025 acquisition and divestiture.
What they do
The company sells IT services across six areas: managed IT security services, secure private cloud hosting, managed backup and disaster recovery, professional services, procurement services, and web hosting. It also supports ManyCam live-streaming and virtual camera software. Secure private cloud is delivered from leased private suites inside two Tier 3 data centers in Phoenix, Arizona and Edison, New Jersey.
Revenue drivers
- Managed IT security services — Recurring, subscription or contract-based fees for monitoring, maintenance, cybersecurity management, backup, disaster recovery and help desk support.
- Secure private cloud hosting — Dedicated isolated cloud environments sold to regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare from leased Tier 3 data center suites.
- Procurement services — Reselling hardware and infrastructure; management said procurement revenue rose 64% in Q2 2026 as customers built out infrastructure for AI initiatives.
- Managed backup and disaster recovery, professional services and web hosting — Additional IT service lines listed as core areas; the filings do not provide separate revenue by segment.
Recent performance
Q2 2026 total revenue was $6,462,542, up 12.9% from $5,722,599 in Q2 2025. Six-month 2026 revenue was $12,817,293, up 14.0% from $11,240,637. Q2 2026 net loss was $1,351,498 versus a $1,050,028 net loss a year earlier, and loss from operations widened 33.8% to $1,512,371. Adjusted EBITDA was negative $610,254 in Q2 2026, compared with negative $378,289 in Q2 2025. Net cash used in operating activities improved to $591,018 used in Q2 2026 from $888,678 used a year earlier.
Strategy
Management is adding new customers and expanding sales to existing customers, while investing in procurement and fulfillment infrastructure. It added distributors, vendors, partners and manufacturers to diversify supply sources after memory, CPU and GPU constraints delayed shipments. It achieved SOC 2 Type 1 compliance, extended the Phoenix data center agreement through 2032, and is working with MASORI Therapeutics on AI integration. Management says it continues to evaluate mergers or acquisitions of synergistic businesses and assets, and cites a strong balance sheet with no long-term debt.
Risks
- Customer concentration — The 10-K risk factors state the company relies on a limited number of customers for a material portion of revenues and income.
- Cybersecurity and data breach — The company stores and transmits customer proprietary information and warns that a breach could create liability, damage its reputation and cause loss of current and potential customers.
- Supply chain constraints — Q2 2026 results were affected by constrained availability of memory, CPU and GPU components, which extended lead times and delayed revenue recognition on booked orders.
- Dependence on data center leases and third parties — It does not own or operate its data centers and relies on leased facilities plus Microsoft and others for software licenses and intellectual property.
Outlook
Management says it is better prepared to manage the procurement business by diversifying distributors, vendors, partners and manufacturers. It expects a portion of orders booked through June 30, 2026 to be recognized as revenue in future quarters once fulfillment and delivery occur. It states it is confident in building on momentum for the remainder of 2026 and continues to evaluate acquisitions.
